Here are the details:

1. Grand Prize – a trip to Los Angeles, California for ET’s Exclusive Emmy® Gala Party on Sunday, September 23, 2012.   This includes airfare, hotel accommodations and 2 tickets to the ET’s Exclusive Emmy® Gala Party!  (approximate value $2,200)
2. Entry Dates - This sweepstakes runs from now until 4:59 PM PDT on Thursday, May 24th, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”).
3. Who can win? The Grand Prize Winner and their guest must be at least 21 years of age or older and a legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States of America or the District of Columbia in order to win. For the Weekly Prize and Daily Prize,  entrants and winners must be at least  18 years of age or older and must be legal residents of one of the fifty (50) states within the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
4. Sweepstakes Sponsor: The sweepstakes is sponsored by CBS Television Distribution, a division of CBS Studios Inc.
5. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
